This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or store credits may be issued for purchases made via our store.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through our store, including website templates, are digital and non-returnable. As such, all sales are final. However, we do offer refunds or store credits under specific circumstances, detailed below:

• Wrong Purchase: : If a customer makes a wrong purchase, we offer store credits of 20% off the purchase price, which will be applied to the next purchase. Please contact our support team within 3 Months of purchase to resolve this issue.
• Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment occurs, we will issue a full refund for the additional transaction. Notify us with proof of the duplicate payment, and we will process the refund promptly.
• Damaged Links: In the event that a downloaded link is damaged or non-functional, we will offer a full refund based on the purchase price. You can also opt to have a functional link provided to you. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and provide details of the problem for review.
• Empty Links: If a link is found to be empty or contains no content, we will immediately provide the correct link to ensure access to the purchased product. Contact our support team for assistance.
